Service Design Drinks Berlin (SDD Berlin) is a volunteer-run community that brings together designers, researchers, strategists, and innovators interested in service design and experience design. Our events create space for practical insights, conversations, and networking within Berlin’s design community.
Our events are open to anyone curious about service design, UX, product design, innovation, and systems thinking. Whether you’re a seasoned designer, student, researcher, entrepreneur, or simply curious about design thinking, you’re welcome to join.
Most Service Design Drinks Berlin events are hosted in Berlin at partner venues across the city, such as design studios, innovation hubs, or community spaces. The exact venue is listed on the event page when you register.
Yes. Most events hosted by Service Design Drinks Berlin are free to attend, thanks to the support of our partners and collaborators. However, registration is required so we can manage capacity and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
You can register directly through the SDD Berlin website. Each event includes a registration (Book Now) button that takes you through a simple ticket booking process.
Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
If your ticket confirmation didn’t arrive, try the following steps:
1. Check your Spam or Promotions folder
2. Search your inbox for “SDD Berlin”
3. Make sure your inbox isn’t full
4. Wait a few minutes - sometimes emails take a moment to arrive
If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us and we’ll help you resend it.
No printed ticket is required. You can simply show the digital ticket from your phone at check-in.
Most Service Design Drinks Berlin events follow a relaxed and engaging format:
