![Join @sddberlin on December 4th for Katrin Dribbisch’s talk: Insights into public service design. Kathrin, Senior Managing Consultant at @init_ag, will share insights on how service design is utilized in the public sector.
Katrin is a service designer with a public sector focus with over 10+ years industry experience. She currently works with public administrators on digitalising public services in Germany helping them to adopt a user-centred perspective. She completed her PhD on the adoption of Design Thinking in a Singaporean Ministry.
Fun fact: Katrin likes to learn new languages. This year she started learning Indonesian.

Charlotte is a UX designer with a background in technology. Charlotte is passionate about creating technology that solves problems for real users by combining context, empathy, and design into the art of engineering. Today she builds user-centered software for the German administration to enable services that work better for everyone.
Fun fact: Besides technology, Charlotte loves to cook and bake for colleagues and friends. There is no good workshop without homemade cake!
