Join us on April 29th for a special edition of “From Hype to Habit: AI meets Service Design”, hosted in collaboration with Launchlabs and Service Design Drinks Berlin. This evening will explore the metabolic disconnect between AI hype and human reality, bringing together practitioners working at the intersection of AI, service design, and behaviour change.
Through one focused talk and a participatory discussion, we will look at why professionals are struggling to move beyond surface-level AI use, and how habit-based approaches can help turn occasional experimentation into consistent, deliberate practice.
